Ready to move into teaching more difficult or complex tricks or performance sport behaviors? Wanting to move beyond reliance on lure-reward training techniques? In this workshop presented by Julie Flanery, CPDT-KA, you will expand your clicker skills and train advanced behaviors using shaping and targeting. Increasing the use of these skills improves your dog’s speed in learning and understanding criteria for new behaviors.
Workshop attendees work on already started or “wish list” behaviors of their choice as well as instructor-guided exercises. Viewers with an understanding of basic clicker training skills will attain maximum benefit from the material in this workshop. Topics include:
