How do I update my account information?
To update your account information click on the settings gear at the top right of the page. Within settings, you can edit your name, email, credit card, and password.
How do I start watching the videos?
First, sign into your account. If you don't have an account, then let's get you one. It's super easy. Click “SIGN IN” at the top of the page to get started. If you have an account sign in at this time, if you do not have an account click "SIGN UP" and fill out the profile form. Second browse our videos and click on the titles of interest. From there you can select a purchasing option that best fits your budget (BUY, RENT or SUBSCRIBE).
What if I purchased VOD or DVDs in the past on your old website?
We will be constantly monitoring as new accounts are set up and running a comparison of that same email address on our old sites. If you have previously purchased a VOD we will provide you access to that VOD in your new account. If you have previously purchased a DVD we will provide you access to that VOD in your new account. Our support team will verify those titles have been previously purchased and immediately unlock access to them in your account. Notice: we will only unlock titles that were previously purchased from Tawzer Dog (not a 3rd party) and only dating back to 2016.
What does Tawzer Dog cost?
BUY- Almost all individual videos are available to BUY (varying prices depending on title). Your buying choices are VOD only (lifetime access to that video-on-demand) or VOD + DVD (lifetime access to that video-on-demand plus a DVD copy will be shipped to you).
RENT- Almost all individual videos are available to RENT for half the "buy price". All RENTS are limited to 48 hours. You will have 48 hour access to that video-on-demand. (No DVD option available for rent).
SUBSCRIBE- All videos in the Tawzer Dog library are accessable via a $49 monthly reocurrring subscription for individual plan (1 user) and $199 monthly reocurring business plans for coporate use (5 users). Larger corporate subscriptions are available upon request through firstname.lastname@example.org. Some videos may only be available via a subscription. You pay the price you select when you sign up for an individual or business plan. You can also see the rate you're paying under your settings. Tawzer Dog may at times of promotions offer free trial periods.
How can I get more resources from Tawzer Dog?

How do I cancel my account?
Click on the "My Account" link in the black header bar at top of website when you are logged in. Then click "offers" and you'll see the option to cancel.
What is Tawzer Dog?

How does billing work?
Tawzer Dog will automatically bill subcribers on a monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the day of the month that you sign up for a Tawzer Dog subscription. For example, if you sign up on October 6, then every month on the 6th you will see a transaction on your account. Everything is automatic to make your life that much easier. Tawzer Dog will charge your payment method for BUY or RENT options at the time of purchase.
Can I gift Tawzer Dog to someone?
Whoa, we know you love this site but take it easy…we just launched. At this time gifts are not an option however we are building this option and it will be released in a future update.
I have a code. How do I use it?

We suggest taking the following steps:
- Check to make sure you're connected to the Internet
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
- Check to make sure that your device's operating system is up to date

Who can use my account?
This is a personal account that can only be used by you and your family. We do have a group subscription for multi-user corporate use.
