Rally-FrEe encourages the use of positive-reinforcement training methods that strengthen teamwork and fosters a reciprocal learning process between dog and handler.

About The Presenter (BIO) Julie Flanery, CPDT-KA, has placed obedience, rally and agility titles on her dogs, and in 1999 began competing in Musical Freestyle. Her freestyle titles include over 25 first place medals, earning several High Technical Merit and High Artistic Merit awards in both Musical Freestyle and Heelwork to Music Divisions, including three prestigious Attilla Challenge Awards. Julie has earned Championships in both Musical Freestyle and Heelwork to Music and in 2001 was named "Trainer of the Year" by the World Canine Freestyle Organization. She has been a competition freestyle judge for WCFO since 2003. And has been an invited presenter both nationally and internationally. Julie has appeared on television, radio and in several news and magazine articles sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge of the sport of Canine Musical Freestyle.
