With over 400 DVD titles to choose from, we hope that Tawzer Dog LLC will become your #1 source for training material. Although we provide a solution for those who are unable to travel to a given seminar or training, we are not in business to discourage attendance at these events and highly recommend attending the ones you can as the information and experience first hand is far more valuable than the DVDs. Rental Memberships- HOW IT WORKS:


Tawzer Dog LLC is now offering rental memberships with the largest selection of positive approach dog training and behavior DVDs on the web. Because we produce 95% of what we offer we are able to increase rental inventory as needed to keep up with our growing rental membership needs and are continually increasing our selection. Note: Out of respect to our speakers and seminar sponsors who put out a lot of effort and expense to make these seminars & workshops available, our new releases will first be available for purchase before being added to our rental program.

Once you have signed up for a rental membership, you can immediately begin making selections from the largest inventory of dog/feline training & behavior DVDs by clicking on the "Add to Queue". Those titles become part of your Rental Queue. Once you select the DVDs you would like sent to you, add them to your Rental Queue and prioritize them. The DVDs are then shipped the next business day via first class mail (excluding holidays). The DVDs MUST be returned in the original packaging. Once we receive a DVD back, we ship the next DVD in your rental queue the next business day. You will receive email confirmations when your DVDs are shipped/received and can view the status of your current rental activity in your rental queue, as well as past rental history via "My Account". 

 

How Do I Sign Up?

You will be prompted to sign up the first time you click "Add to Queue" or "My Account" at top of our website.

For example: 1 DVD out at a time plan means you can have 1 DVD (disc) out...watch it...return it...and we will ship the next one in your queue, as many times as you wish. 2 DVD plan= 2 DVD (discs) out at once. It is important to know that many of these training materials are multiple disc sets and our rental program is based on DISC not DVD Title.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping for rental memberships is free both ways. DVDs are shipped to you in a 2-way prepaid USPS approved First Class mailer.

 

How Does Membership Billing Work?

Memberships are billed immediately upon sign up. Your account will be re-billed on your monthly billing cycle date (every 30 days from the date you signed up). You can update your billing card via the "My Account" section. Please see our terms and conditions for more information regarding billing. 

 

How Do I Cancel?

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by logging on through the "My Account" button and then clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" link. Please note that there are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused rental program periods. If you cancel and still have DVD titles out, you will be billed if they are not returned before your next billing cycle. For more information about billing and membership policies, please view our terms and conditions. 

 

What If a DVD is Lost in the Mail?

Cases of missing DVDs are extremely rare. It is important that you doublecheck your junk mail to ensure the mailer was not discarded or misplaced prior to filing a report. We work closely with USPS regarding lost/stolen mailers and report all instances to them. They in turn help us to trace any missing or misrouted shipments.

How accurate is the ship & arrival dates listed in my queue?

 

  • If your queue shows a DVD shipped on a holiday, that is because we prepared it to ship, due to postal closed for the holiday it will not actually ship until the next day postal is open.

  • Your queue shows an estimated arrival date next to the ship date. The system adds a blanket number of days to the ship date, it is generic across all members. The is merely a guideline and does not take into account that those who live closer to us will receive their rental prior to that date, some on that date and those living farther away may take longer. They are sent out standard First Class US mail and we only have control over the date we ship not over the date they arrive. Same goes for when you are returning rentals, we have no control on when they will arrive to us but we will receive them into the system on or before the next business day.

  • Sometimes when we prepare shipments it is at night to be sent out the next day. Or on a weekend to be shipped the following Monday so please keep that in mind when you see ship dates in your queue generated when we printed the label.

How to add a DVD series to my queue?

 

  • When you are on a speaker or category page and see a list of DVDs and click “add to queue” from that page, it will add the entire series to your queue (if it is a set).

  • When you are on the product page for a specific DVD where is shows a description of the DVD and you click “add ALL to queue” it will add the entire series to your queue.

  • The only time this function will not work is if you have already placed one of the discs in a series in your queue and then try to go back and add all on top of it. The system sees the disc in the queue and will not add all. If you experience that, you must first remove the disc in that series from your queue and then go back to the product and “add ALL to queue”.
